Refund Policy

3-day Money Back Garuantee. Refunds will be provided if you cancel your premium membership within 3-days of signing up. NO REFUNDS will be provided after the 3-day premium trial period.

Ongoing Premium Membership

Your CraigslistAdTracker premium membership, will continue month- to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the Payment Method you provide to us. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.

Discount Rates

We may offer discounted prices from time to time at our sole discretion only. Memberships purchased at a discounted price are a one-time offer and the discounted prices may change (go up or go down) after a purchase has been made. We offer no guarantee that you will always be able to get the same discounted price on future purchases. We reserve the right to change these prices at anytime.

We will send you an email reminder (10 days before your membership expiration) at the email address provided to confirm the charge we will be making to your payment method for all automatic membership renewals.

Cancellation

You may cancel your CraigslistAdTracker premium membership subscription at any time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel, please use our contact form to send us a message with heading "Cancel Membership" and provide the email address and invoice number in the billing receipt.
